Salesforce Developer - Lightning Component Framework (3-5 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business analysts, salesforce admins) to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Salesforce configurations and customizations.

- Design and develop high-quality, maintainable, and well-documented Salesforce applications using various development tools (e.g , Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components).

- Configure and customize Salesforce features and functionalities (e.g , workflows, automation, processes, objects, fields) to optimize business processes and user experience.

- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs or other integration tools to ensure seamless data flow and connected experiences.

- Conduct thorough unit testing and integration testing to ensure the quality, functionality, and security of developed applications.

- Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues, ensuring the smooth operation of the platform.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the Salesforce platform and emerging technologies.

Technical Skills (Must-Have) :

- 3+ years of experience developing on the Salesforce platform.

- Strong understanding of the Salesforce object model (SOQL, SOSL), core functionalities, and configuration options.

- Proficiency in at least one Salesforce development language (e.g , Apex, Visualforce).

- Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs or other integration tools (a plus).

- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Technical Skills (Good to Have) :

- Experience with additional Salesforce development tools (e.g , Lightning Web Components, Aura Components) is a plus.

- Experience with Salesforce security best practices is a plus.

- Experience with Salesforce DevOps practices (CI/CD) is a plus
