Spoken English Trainer

Role & responsibilities

1. Conduct Training Sessions:
   
• Deliver engaging spoken English training to individuals or groups.
• Focus on conversational fluency, grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.
2. Design Lesson Plans:
   
• Prepare and customize lessons based on learners proficiency levels.
• Incorporate interactive teaching techniques like role-playing, group discussions, and real-life scenarios.
3. Assess and Track Progress:
   
• Conduct initial assessments to determine learners skill levels.
• Monitor and document progress through periodic evaluations and feedback.
4. Develop Course Material:
   
• Create or adapt training content to meet learner needs.
• Use multimedia tools, videos, and apps to enhance the learning experience.
5. Motivate and Support Learners:
   
• Build learners' confidence in using English for personal and professional communication.
• Address individual challenges with tailored guidance and support.
6. Ensure a Positive Learning Environment:
   
• Foster a safe and encouraging atmosphere for learners to practice and improve.
7. Stay Updated:
   
• Keep abreast of the latest teaching methods and tools for language training.
