Role & responsibilities

• Conduct engaging sessions tailored for students on topics like communication skills, body language, interview preparation, and public speaking.
• Facilitate workshops on teamwork, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Use interactive teaching methods, including role-plays, group activities, and multimedia tools, to ensure student engagement.
• Design training modules aligned with student needs, such as placement preparation, resume building, and campus-to-corporate transition.
• Update content regularly to keep up with industry trends and student expectations.
• Evaluate students' current soft skills through activities, feedback sessions, or tests.
• Identify areas of improvement and tailor sessions accordingly.
• Encourage students to build self-confidence and develop a growth mindset.
• Provide career guidance and tips on maintaining professionalism in various settings.
• Gather feedback from students to assess the effectiveness of the sessions.
• Maintain reports on attendance, participation, and progress for institutional review.
