Lead - Payroll

Role & responsibilities

Oversee and lead the team that maintains and processes payroll data for the Group. Develop and maintain HR metrics and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to HR management. Automation of HR processes by implementing the new HRMS system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain HR Payroll Data, Management Information Systems (MIS), policies, procedures, and processes to ensure payroll data's accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
• Manage the payroll processing cycle, including data collection, input, calculations, and employee payroll distribution.
• Develop and maintain HR payroll data reports and metrics to support HR decision-making and compliance with internal and external regulations.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and training to the HR Payroll Data MIS team and other HR personnel to ensure that they understand and follow HR Payroll Data MIS policies and procedures.
• Identify and implement process improvements and system enhancements to streamline HR Payroll Data MIS operations and improve data accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that HR Payroll Data MIS processes are integrated with other HR and business processes.
• Collect, analyse, and interpret HR data from various sources such as employee records, surveys, performance evaluations, and compensation data. Use statistical techniques and data visualization tools to identify trends, patterns, and

insights related to workforce metrics, employee engagement, turnover rates, recruitment, and other HR-related areas.

• Through knowledge of HR processes for automation.
• Interact with HRMS vendor to ensure all the processes and SOPs as per FRD are integrated with the HRMS.
• Timely rollout HRMS system.
• Hands on experience in Salary benchmarking survey
• Need to handle team and employees queries and provide guidance to the HRBPs
• Review Income Tax and other benefits and communicate to all employees
