Senior PeopleSoft Developer - HCM Module (5-8 yrs)

Role: Sr. PeopleSoft Developer Technology

Remote : Have to go to Office when required.

Responsibilities :

The key responsibilities for this role will be, but are not limited to :

- Interface with customer for providing architecture solutions, designing solutions, issue resolution, provide status updates, build customer confidence in team`s ability to deliver to support high customer satisfaction

- You would also provide technology consultation and assist in defining scope

- You would implement solutions, create technology differentiation and leverage partner technologies.

- Develop and maintain enterprise integration architecture and patterns and guiding the principals and standards If you think you fit right in to help our clients navigate their next in their digital transformation journey, this is the place for you!

Required :

- 5-8 years of consulting experience with PeopleSoft HCM Suite

- Minimum 5 + years of experience in PeopleSoft NA Payroll solution design, covering technical integration

- Experience/ Knowledge on building APIs between PeopleSoft and other Cloud Applications

- Contribute to requirements elicitation from the client.

- HCM experience in PeopleSoft Application Version 9.2 and Tools version 8.58 (min)

- Plan, develop, review, and enforce enterprise architectural standards and ensure architectural strategies are consistently applied.

- Should have good understanding of the latest features/functionalities delivered by PeopleSoft and able to perform fit gap analysis of Upgrade independently.

- Functional Expertise in Core HR, NA Payroll with quarterly payroll tax update application experience.

- Technical expertise in People Code, App Engine, CI, SQR, SQL and IB integration (XML/Rest based Web services).

- Responsible for designing Custom Solutions to overcome product limitations

Preferred :

- Experience in Upgrade Project would be a nice to have

- Experience in Data structure designing and data flow redesigning
