Peoplesoft Functional Consultant - HCM Module (5-7 yrs)

Experience : 5+ Years.

Work location : Hyderabad/Bangalore/Pune/Chennai/Kolkata (Hybrid).

Primary Skill : Peoplesoft HCM Functional, Payroll, Benefits, Time and Labour, SQL.

Job Responsibilities :

- Experience in PeopleSoft functional roles.

- Strong expertise in Payroll interfaces, Base Benefits, and Time & Labor modules.

- Proficient in SQL.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to create detailed business requirement and technical design documents.

- Knowledge of ADP payroll processing, Ceridian, Workday, and Kronos applications is an advantage.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 5-7 years of functional experience in PeopleSoft HCM roles.

- Expertise in Payroll Interfaces, Base Benefits, and Time & Labor modules.

- Proficiency in SQL for querying and troubleshooting.

- Strong understanding of integration with third-party systems like ADP, Ceridian, Workday, and Kronos.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

- Familiarity with HRIS systems and knowledge of other HCM solutions such as SAP HCM or Oracle HCM.

- Experience with system upgrades and knowledge of PeopleSoft version 9.x or higher.

- Understanding of global payroll requirements and compliance regulations.
