We are seeking a skilled PeopleSoft Technical Consultant with extensive experience in PeopleSoft v9x, PeopleCode, and related tools. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical and functional expertise in HRMS applications, delivering high-quality solutions and excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze and translate functional requirements into PeopleSoft technical designs using tools such as PeopleCode, Application Engine (AE), Application Designer (AD), and App Packages.

- Customize, develop, and implement PeopleSoft HRMS solutions, with a focus on HR, Benefits, and Payroll applications.

- Perform gap analysis and ensure seamless integration with SOA, web services, and other applications.

- Optimize SQL programming by developing stored procedures, dynamic SQL, and ensuring database -efficiency.

- Develop and maintain SQR programs, BI Publisher reports, and support retrofit activities.

- Work on PeopleSoft Fluid and PeopleSecurity to enhance system functionality and user experiences.

- Follow best practices in the software development life cycle (SDLC) to ensure timely delivery and high-quality solutions.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and providing professional support.

Qualifications :

Essential :

- A Computer Science degree or equivalent work experience.

- A strong commitment to professional client service excellence.

- Excellent analytical skills, verbal and written communication, and teamwork abilities.

- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Technical Skills :

Minimum 4 years of core technical experience with :

- PeopleCode, Application Engine (AE), Application Designer (AD), App Packages, SQR, and PIA.

- Minimum 4 years of professional experience with PeopleSoft v9x, including translating functional requirements into technical designs.

- Strong understanding of PeopleSoft HRMS product knowledge for functional and gap mappings.

- Knowledge of PeopleSoft Security, Fluid, and existing functionalities is a plus.

- Experience in application integration with SOA, web services, and other platforms is an asset.

- Proficiency in SQL programming, including stored procedures and dynamic SQL.

- Knowledge of BI Publisher reports and retrofit activities.

- Functional knowledge of HR, Benefits, and Payroll applications.
