Payroll Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver India Payrolls: Accurately process payroll for India, including payroll taxes, perquisite valuations (RSU, ESPP), and exemptions.
• Payroll Process Management: Oversee payroll workflowdata input, approval, and payments, while handling employee queries.
• Compliance Assurance: Ensure strict adherence to local payroll and labour law regulations, including PF, TDS, PT, ESIC, and other statutory requirements.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with country managers, administration, and employees to ensure seamless payroll processing.
• System Efficiency: Manage payroll systems using SAP S4 Hana and GreyHR platforms, driving process improvements and workflow efficiencies.

Requirements:

• 8-10 years of hands-on experience in payroll processing, preferably with a finance background.
• In-depth knowledge of local payroll regulations and labour law compliances.
• Strong experience managing payroll workflows, service delivery, and ensuring timely payments.
• Proficiency in SAP S4 Hana and expertise in GreyHR payroll platform.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and familiarity with Power BI or similar tools.
• Strong analytical, numerical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced workload with excellent administrative and organisational skills.
