Job Description:

The Marketing Head for GT and MT Sales is responsible for developing and executing channel-specific marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and brand visibility across traditional and modern retail platforms. This role involves collaborating with sales teams, managing trade marketing initiatives, overseeing promotions, and fostering strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts. The ideal candidate will leverage data-driven insights, manage budgets effectively, and ensure the seamless execution of campaigns to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement marketing strategies for GT and MT channels.
• Drive sales growth through trade promotions, merchandising, and in-store activities.
• Collaborate with distributors, retailers, and key accounts to maximize brand presence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing or related field.
• 8+ years of experience, with expertise in GT and MT channels.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
