Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Surveyor for our Civil Execution, Planning, Monitoring, and Design team. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in system operation at the site, specifically with SOKKIA TOTAL STATION, and possess core competencies in the following areas:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Exact Measurements & Property Boundaries:
   
• Perform precise land measurements and determine property boundaries accurately.

1. Data Provision for Engineering & Construction:
   
• Provide critical data related to land features for engineering, mapmaking, and construction purposes.

1. Survey Records:
   
• Create, maintain, and manage survey records in a clear, systematic manner.

1. Supervision of Field Staff:
   
• Oversee field staff, ensuring efficient and accurate execution of surveys.

1. Map and Report Preparation:
   
• Prepare maps, drawings, and detailed reports based on survey results.

1. Software Proficiency:
   
• Utilize relevant software tools effectively to support survey activities and analysis.

1. Coordination and Cooperation:
   
• Collaborate with and coordinate effectively between concerned departments to ensure smooth workflow.

1. Survey Schedule Management:
   
• Address and manage any scheduling issues related to land purchase surveys that may cause delays in planned activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 5 Years Experience:
• At least 5 years of experience in land surveying, specifically in the areas of civil execution, planning, monitoring, and design.

• System Operation at Site:
• Expertise in using SOKKIA TOTAL STATION for surveying tasks.

• Software Knowledge:
• Proficiency in relevant software for survey data management, analysis, and report generation.

Additional Notes:

• We are currently dependent on external land purchase survey teams, which can result in delays in our planned schedules. We are seeking a suitable candidate who can address these challenges efficiently and improve the pace of our operations.
