Job Description
- As a Assistant Lead Engineer in the SCADA Hardware Sub Module your main responsibilities will be to support the daily operation and ongoing development projects which includes
- Driving engineering change management tasks concerning new and existing SCADA hardware products
- Create and update technical documentation related to our SCADA hardware solutions
- Create and update 2D and 3D CAD drawings
- Working in close collaboration with the entire value chain
- Working with project s according to the Vestas stage gate model, from early idea/concept, development stage, detailed design through verification and implementation
- Providing answers to technical questions to internal and external stakeholders, taking part in customer or supplier meetings
- Bachelors/Masters in E.E or other relevant technical education
- 5+ years in designing of LV systems
- Experience with LV cabinet design
- Knowledge of LV component and system testing
- Excellent communication skills in English, verbal and written
- Experience in working with Bill of Materials (BoM)/ECM (Engineering Change Management)
- Experienced in 3D-Modeling and 2D-drafting, e.g., using CREO/ PDMLink and project execution through SAP/ERP/ECM systems
- Having 5+ years of hands-on experience in CREO tool and min. 2 years experience in Windchill is essential
- Knowledge on IEC and UL standards
- You possess excellent IT skills and experience with MS Office packages
- You are good at coordinating, follow up and aware of when your different tasks need the right focus
- You are proactive, result-oriented and have a strong sense of responsibility
- You thrive in a large organization and enjoy working in an international environment
- You have a high attention to details and a solid commitment to quality
