The Specialist Office is a part of the Manufacturing PMO. The PMO team is made up of Project Managers and Specialists who set the framework for project and portfolio excellence, support manufacturing business segments in establishing and maintaining an accurate and effective project portfolio and implement strategic projects that require highly skilled Project Managers. Our team is globally based with colleagues spread around the world, which allows us to effectively deliver projects in all parts of the globe while maintaining a solid collaboration with our value-chain colleagues in headquarter locations.
