Responsibilities

• Handle design process updates through Change Management and PTC Windchill
• Demonstrated excellence in delivering highly scalable and technical solutions working with full-stack engineering teams
• Drive E2E Engineering change management to improve the product process
• Strong organizational skills along with demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and able to react to shifting priorities to meet business need
• Good data analytical skills with ability to fetch data and metrics for making decisions through Power BI
• Excellent verbal communications across to align with various stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, or equivalent experience with Mechanical background
• 2+ Years of relevant experience in change management
• Good Knowledge in working with Change Management/ PLM tools/ Reporting tools (Windchill/SAP/ Power BI)
• Experience in planning day to day activities and managing stakeholders
• Self driven, to work independently with minimal supervision
