Job Description
We are seeking a talented and motivated candidate, with a spark for Marketing and Sales as a goal, to join our team. Freshers with 0 to 1 year of experience, good communication and motive for sales are welcomed.
What you will do:
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Identify and generate new leads via online research, social media, and digital tools.
Maintain and update CRM with client and lead information.
Onboard brands for campaigns with innovative formats, driving revenue growth.
Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive analysis.
Forge partnerships and explore new business development opportunities.
Provide post-sales support, handle client queries, and prepare performance reports
Requirements
Requirements
-Fresher or 1+ years of experience in Ad Sales/Business Development.
-Bachelordegree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
-Proficiency in English and strong negotiation skills
-Self-motivated and enthusiastic.
-Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
-Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
-Ability to work collaboratively and manage client relationships independently.
-Analytical mindset focused on achieving sales targets.
