Vertoz - Strategic Analyst (2-4 yrs)

What you will do:

Executive Support and Strategic Planning:

- Work closely with the founder on daily tasks ranging from operational planning to strategic initiatives.

- Assist in the development and execution of company-wide strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals.

- Coordinate and manage cross-functional projects to ensure timely delivery and consistency with the company's objectives.

Project Management and Execution:

- Lead and support various functions such as sales, marketing, operations, hiring, and product management.

- Track the progress of key projects, manage deadlines, and ensure deliverables are met.

- Provide regular updates and reports to the founder and executive team on the status of ongoing projects.

Problem Solving and Issue Resolution:

- Address and resolve day-to-day issues that arise, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

- Identify bottlenecks in processes and work with relevant teams to implement solutions.

Market Research and Business Development:

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic decision-making.

- Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive growth.

- Monitor Internal and External Communications to spot new avenues of improvement & growth.

Communication and Coordination:

- Prepare reports, presentations, and other communication materials for internal and external stakeholders.

- Act as a liaison between the Founders Office and other departments, ensuring clear and effective communication.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of work experience, ideally in a fast-scaling company.

- Proven track record of strong execution and achieving results in previous roles.

- Experience in project management and a strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.

- Experience working closely with C-level executives or senior management is a plus.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
