Job Description:
- We are seeking a proactive and highly organized HR Manager to join our team at the Panchkula office.
- The selected candidate will serve as the key liaison between the recruitment agency, Dependo (India-based operations), and the UAE-based Tawseel team.
- The role involves ensuring seamless coordination and efficient execution of the hiring processes for various positions.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordination and Communication:
- Act as the primary point of contact between the agency, Dependo, and the Tawseel team.
- Ensure clear and effective communication between all stakeholders.
- Share updated recruitment requirements with the agency for rider recruitment.
Recruitment Oversight:
- Manage and oversee the entire recruitment process, including screening, tests, and documentation.
- Monitor compliance with hiring standards and timelines.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records.
- Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.
Process Optimization:
- Identify inefficiencies in the recruitment process and propose improvements to enhance recruitment outcomes.
- Stay updated with best practices in HR and recruitment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience:
- 4 to 5 years in HR coordination and recruitment.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools.
- Familiarity with recruitment techniques and screening processes.
Attributes:
- Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Collaborative and able to manage multiple stakeholders.
Education:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
