We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead our digital advertising efforts in Chennai.
- This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid search and social media campaigns.
- The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other key platforms, with a strategic, data-driven approach to enhance campaign performance and maximize ROI.
- As a key player, you will support our client needs, optimize digital strategies, and drive measurable growth across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Paid Search Marketing:
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Design, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max (PMax) to maximize reach, relevance, and ROI.
- Audience Targeting & Keyword Management: Develop refined audience segmentation and keyword strategies to attract high-intent traffic.
- Bidding & Ad Optimization: Implement AI-driven bidding strategies (Target ROAS, Target CPA) and optimize ad formats, including Responsive Search Ads (RSAs) and Discovery ads.
- Campaign Oversight: Manage multiple accounts and brands, ensuring efficient ad scheduling, rotation, and ongoing performance.
- Troubleshooting & Quality Assurance: Act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and QA to resolve discrepancies across reporting systems and ensure ad quality.
Paid Social Advertising:
- Platform Management: Lead and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, and Snapchat.
- Targeting & Creative Development: Utilize advanced targeting (custom and lookalike audiences) and work with creative teams to deliver platform-specific, engaging ad creatives.
- Cross-Platform Consistency: Implement cohesive cross-platform strategies to maintain messaging consistency and enhance engagement.
- Bid Management & Optimization: Drive bidding strategies and performance optimization to achieve key metrics, including CTR and conversions.
- Campaign Scheduling & Management: Oversee scheduling, rotation, and tracking of social ads, promptly addressing any delivery issues.
Google Analytics (GA) & Performance Tracking:
- Event Tracking & Goal Management: Define and manage event tracking and conversion goals within GA4 to accurately capture user interactions.
- Account Integration: Ensure seamless integration of GA4 with Google Ads, social platforms, and other tools to enable comprehensive performance tracking.
- Discrepancy Resolution: Regularly audit and resolve any data inconsistencies across tracking systems.
- Custom Reporting & Dashboard Creation: Develop custom reports and dashboards, focusing on actionable insights related to user behavior and conversion metrics.
- Optimization & Troubleshooting: Use GA4 and other dashboards to measure and optimize campaign effectiveness, troubleshoot issues, and ensure delivery against KPIs.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Client Collaboration & Communication: Act as a liaison with clients and agencies for campaign setup, tracking, and project updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless campaign execution.
- Process Improvement: Stay updated on industry developments, introduce new processes, and create best practices for operational efficiency.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Continuously monitor campaign data, optimize delivery to reduce costs, and maintain clear documentation across campaigns.
- Accountability & Forecasting: Take ownership of campaign planning, forecasting, and profitability, focusing on achieving set targets and KPIs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in paid search and social media advertising with a proven track record of achieving measurable results.
Technical Expertise:
- Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, including Performance Max, Responsive Search Ads, and Demand Gen formats.
- Proficient in Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok, Twitter, and Snapchat.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) with experience in event tracking, goal setup, and resolving discrepancies.
- Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis capabilities, with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with an aptitude for explaining complex technical information to diverse stakeholders.
- Additional Flexibility: Willingness to travel to Dubai when needed for in-person client meetings and team collaboration.
