Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning:

- Develop, implement, and manage financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modeling.

- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

- Collaborate with department heads to gather financial information and prepare comprehensive financial reports.

- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making.

Controller Duties:

- Oversee all aspects of financial control, including accounting, compliance, and auditing processes.

- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial statements and reports in accordance with GAAP/IFRS.

- Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely reporting and adherence to deadlines.

- Maintain effective internal controls and risk management procedures.

- Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and best practices.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CA or CPA preferred.

- Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 10 years in a controller role or similar capacity.

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.

- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.

- Advanced knowledge of financial software and ERP systems (e., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Tally, Zoho).

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial concepts clearly.
