Position: Asst Manager/Manager - Plant HR (HRBP) (Leading MNC Manufacturing Co)
Role:
- This is an HR Business Partner role and will work closely with Plant Operations Management and Business Teams to create and sustain a great work culture and be responsible for all aspects of employee life cycle and people processes at the respective Plants
Workforce planning:
- Understanding of organization chart in terms of business strategy, Work with business and Operations leadership to recommend and execute manning strategy in line with business objectives - especially execute actions to improving Gender Diversity
Recruitment:
- Work with hiring managers and Talent acquisition teams to ensure the best hires with fair and thorough hiring practices, keeping business objectives in mind & improving Gender diversity
Onboarding:
- Joining formalities support & plan and ensure a meaningful Induction to business, operations & introduction to stakeholders.
- Ensure that new hires are settling in well, have clarity on roles & deliverables and are empowered with adequate resources, learning and information to do their best in their roles with periodic connects and subsequent actions
Capability building through Learning and Development:
- L&D initiatives, Training calendar, plan, adherence and effectiveness, anchoring e-learnings.
- Developing entry level skills and competencies - Skill matrix & skill progression mapping
Talent management:
- Career Development plans, Grow from within, Mobility, Competency Management, People reviews, Employee Retention - thru effective campaigns like Job chats and People constituency and recording and using information from these tools for relevant actions.
- HR Communication, People Policy Administration & Implementation
- Facilitating effective implementation of the Company's Performance Review System, Reward & Recognition programs
- Be an employee champion to understand and address employee concerns.
- Drive initiatives aimed at encouraging people involvement, Monitoring and tracking People Involvement in various continuous improvement activities
- Overall custodian of employee master data and personal information. Ensure accurate reporting and tracking of HR KPIs
- Benchmarking and implementation of best HR practices, Driving digital, innovation and new ways of working in HR
Requirements:
- Education - MBA/Masters in HR/B.Tech who has HR experience is also ok
- 3-7 years experience preferably in manufacturing in HR at a Plant (Upto 4-5 yrs experience designation will be Executive and for 6-7 yrs designation will be Manager)
- Plant/Operations exposure preferred
- Exeperience in HR functions including Induction, Competency mapping, Employee connects, Communication, Engagement, Recruitment - fitments and offers
- Good communication - English, Hindi and Kannada
Location: Bangalore
