Stressed Asset Credit Rating Role - Structured Finance - Rating Agency - CA/CFA/IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS (9-15 yrs)

Position : Structured Finance-Stressed Asset Credit Rating Professional (9-15 yrs)

Role :

- This position is a leadership role in Credit Rating of Stressed Assets/ Stressed Asset Pools

- Do credit rating of Stressed Assets/ Stressed Asset Pools based on the Resolution Packages Prepared and Executed by Stressed Asset Resolution Professionals/ ARCs

- This position is part of the Structured Finance Credit/ Structured Finance Rating/ Structured Obligations Ratings team.

- Ratings of Indian Structured Finance Transactions like Pool of Stressed Assets and Corporate Structured Obligation transactions

- Work closely with Asset Reconstruction Companies and Stressed Asset Resolution Professionals

- Perform active surveillance and risk monitoring of existing transactions

- Author and publish reports on transactions and contribute to research and industry analysis

- Lead a team of 4-5 members

- Contribute/Drive Research and Thought Leadership in this area

Requirements :

- MBAs (preferable from tier 1 institute) / CAs/ CFAs with 9-15 yrs of experience

- Knowledge of Credit risk as applied to (Corporate/ SME/ Retail) stressed assets in Banks or work experience in asset reconstruction companies for the resolution of stressed assets

- Should have good knowledge and understanding of resolution packages prepared by Resolution Professionals/ ARCs on Stressed Assets

- Understanding of the securitisation markets, recourse and non-recourse based transactions and guarantees is an advantage

- Ability to vet Transaction Documentation, liaise with legal firms and Issuers to understand key aspects of transactions to be rated

- Good excel based cash flow modelling skills

- Strong communication skills - ability to form an opinion and defend the rationale behind the opinion

- Team leading ability and experience
