Job Description :

The Application Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support for Ventura's online trading platforms and resolving any application-related issues.

Education Background:

Bachelors or Masters Degree - Computer Science / B.Tech / M.Tech / B.ScIT / M.ScIT / BE / ME / BCA / MCA.

Professional Qualification :

- Experience in Application Support and Technical Support.- Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot issues.

- Experience with trading platforms and financial services.- Experience with programming languages such as Java and Python.We'll need you to bring :- Very strong experience with SQL.

- Hands-on with scripting languages - preferably Python but bash will also do.- Hands-on AWS skills, techies with certifications from AWS are particularly encouraged to apply

- AWS API Gateway, Lambda, EC2, RDS, SQS, S3, CloudWatch.- Battle-tested production monitoring experience in a D2C environment with at least 40-50k users daily.

- Excellent communication skills.- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
