We are seeking a talented and driven Data Scientist specializing in Stock Trading or Capital Market to join our team.
As a Data Scientist, you will play a pivotal role in analysing vast amounts of client and financial data, developing predictive models, and building strategies to capitalize on market opportunities.
You will collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Marketing Team, and software engineers to design and implement data-driven solutions that enhance our trading strategies and drive competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct exploratory data analysis to understand data characteristics, identify patterns, and generate hypotheses.
Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve business problems and optimize processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and success criteria.
Collect, clean, and preprocess data from various sources to ensure data quality and integrity.
Utilize statistical techniques and data visualization tools to communicate findings and insights effectively.
Stay abreast of the latest developments in data science, machine learning, and related fields, and apply them to enhance our analytical capabilities.
Work closely with engineering teams to deploy and integrate machine learning solutions into production systems.
Contribute to the development of data infrastructure and tools to support scalable and efficient data analysis and modeling.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience of 5 years in data science, machine learning, or related roles, with a track record of delivering impactful solutions to complex problems.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala, and familiarity with data manipulation and analysis libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, SciPy).
Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, deep learning).
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Matplotlib, Seaborn) and proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with big data technologies and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) is a plus.
Familiarity with software development best practices (e.g., version control, testing, code review) is desirable.
