Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC) Sr. Technical Consultant / Technical Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP DMC, integration with SAP ERP/S4HANA, and experience in leading technical implementations for digital manufacturing solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage SAP DMC implementations, including requirement gathering, solution design, and technical configuration.

- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand manufacturing process requirements and align them with SAP DMC capabilities.

- Develop and implement DMC Workflows, APIs, Custom Extensions, and Cloud Integration solutions.

- Integrate SAP DMC with ERP (SAP S/4HANA, SAP ME/MII) and other third-party manufacturing execution systems.

- Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and support for SAP DMC solutions.

- Ensure best practices, security standards, and performance optimization in the implementation.

- Conduct technical training and knowledge transfer to internal teams and clients.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, functional consultants, and business analysts.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 7-9 years of experience in SAP digital manufacturing solutions, with expertise in SAP DMC.

- Strong understanding of SAP DMC architecture, configuration, and deployment.

- Experience in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Cloud Integration, and REST/SOAP APIs.

- Proficiency in SAP IoT, SAP ME/MII, PCo, and integration with OT (Operational Technology) systems.

- Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Node.js, Python, or ABAP for extensions/custom developments.

- Expertise in cloud technologies, microservices, and containerized applications (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).

- Good knowledge of SAP PP, QM, and manufacturing execution processes.

- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

- Ability to lead projects, mentor teams, and interact with global stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications :

- SAP DMC certification.

- Experience in AI/ML-driven predictive manufacturing analytics.

- Knowledge of Industry 4.0, Smart Factory, and IoT-based manufacturing solutions.

- Exposure to Agile and DevOps methodologies in SAP implementations.
