Job Summary:-
As a Tele sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating sales by communicating with potential and existing customers over the phone. Your role involves understanding customer needs, promoting products or services, and closing sales. A successful telesales representative is persuasive, goal-oriented, and skilled in building rapport with clients.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calls: Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products or services.
Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Sales Pitch: Deliver compelling sales presentations to convert leads into sales.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new sales leads through research and networking.
Follow-Up: Maintain a follow-up schedule for leads and past customers to maximize sales opportunities.
Record Keeping: Accurately document interactions and sales in the CRM system.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about product offerings and market trends to effectively address customer inquiries.
Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by management.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications:-
The candidate must be highly proficient in at least one of the following languages:
Kannada, Telugu, Malayalam, Tamil, Gujarati, or Marathi.
Additionally, proficiency in Hindi is mandatory.
Education: High school diploma or Equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.
Experience: Previous experience in Tele-sales, telemarketing, or a customer service role preferred./BPOs
Skills:
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build report and trust with customers.
Persuasive and confident sales approach.
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Personality: Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and resilient in the face of rejection.
