HR Generalist

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and driven female candidate for the role of HR Generalist/Business Partner to join our team at the Mambakkam location. The ideal candidate will have 7 to 10 years of experience in HR functions and possess a valid two-wheeler or four-wheeler for mobility.

Key Responsibilities

1. Employee Lifecycle Management:
   
• Handle end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities.
2. Employee Relations:
   
• Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing queries and resolving grievances.
• Foster a positive work culture and ensure adherence to company policies.
3. Performance Management:
   
• Support the implementation and monitoring of performance appraisals and feedback mechanisms.
4. HR Policies and Compliance:
   
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, labor laws, and statutory regulations.
5. Training and Development:
   
• Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs for employees.
6. HR Strategy Implementation:
   
• Act as a strategic partner in driving HR initiatives aligned with business goals.
• Provide insights on workforce planning and talent management.
7. Travel as Required:
   
• Utilize personal two-wheeler or four-wheeler for local travel related to HR activities and coordination.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Bachelors or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience:
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in HR functions, preferably in educational institutions or related sectors.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of HR operations and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in HR management systems and tools.
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
