Business Development Executive


Role Overview - The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to
identify influencers and key decision makers within accounts. We are looking for an
Inside Sales Executive to develop sales strategies and attract new clients. The sales
executive will source new sales opportunities. Discovering qualified opportunities by
responding to inbound interests and targeted outbound prospects to build rapport and
establish long-term relationships. Basically responsible for End to End Sales. We are
looking to hire smart and passionate folks with great communication skills & positive
approach.


Responsibilities -

  1. Research and identify potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking.
  2. Screen and qualify leads based on predefined criteria, ensuring that they align with our target customer profile.
  3. Schedule appointments between potential customers and our sales team, coordinating calendars and ensuring timely follow-ups.
  4. Provide sales teams with necessary information and materials to help them close deals effectively.
  5. Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and customer interactions in our CRM system.
  6. Monitor individual and team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes


Qualifications & Experience Required:

  1. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with potential customers.
  2. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating leads. Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
  4. A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a passion for sales and customer service.
  5. Experience in a B2B or B2C sales environment preferred


Employment Type: Full-time

Job timing: 09:30 AM - 06:30 PM
Week off: Saturday and Sunday
Mode of Work: On -site
