Senior Customer Care Executive

We are seeking energetic and results-driven Sr, Customer Care Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to our existing customers and new prospects.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for follow up on existing customers and new leads assigned.
• Build a strong relationship / trust with customers by understanding the customer needs and suggesting the right product to the Customers.
• Research and stay up to date with products, services, and processes.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments, competitor activity, and market trends.
• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM software or other databases.

Preferred candidate profile:

• 5+ years of experience in International calling (US market experience is preferred).
• Must have excellent English communication skills.
• Handle objections and negotiate effectively to achieve desired results.
• Familiarity with CRM software and call center technologies.
• Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, strong writing skills.
• Proficiency in Gujarati is a plus.
