Account Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced B2B Account Managers, fluent in English to join our team. Candidates will be responsible for driving revenue growth through new sales to the existing customers, new sales, and negotiating pricing.

Job Responsibilities:-

• Negotiate prices with clients to ensure profitable sales.
• Make outbound calls to existing clients and hot leads.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of market pricing and competitor activity.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
• Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Solution based selling approach overcoming customer objections by listening, understanding, probing, and recommending.
• Processing customers orders and ensuring its accuracy and completion.

Desired Candidate profile:-

• Excellent spoken English skills.
• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales.
• Must have experience in dealing with US or UK markets.
• Candidates with knowledge of Gujarati language will be preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales principles and practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
• Results-driven and motivated to achieve sales targets.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
