Role & responsibilities

• Warm welcome to do the guest at the Office reception area with happiness face for guests check-In and Check-out.
• Perfect knowledge of Help & Assist the Facility Manager with all day task and Assigning rooms to guests and informing them of any specials offered.
• Handles all Guest Complaints including managing guests having problems and Resolve all the questions have guest with the answers politely .
• Proficient at administrative tasks, including maintaining the reception area, greeting guests, answering multi-line phone systems, and maintaining office equipment. Able to learn new software quickly and has expert skills in MS Word .
• Keep the lobby neat and organized to ensure clients are comfortable and feel welcomed Coordinate with the office manager to ensure office supplies are well-stocked .
• Confirmed reservations for conference bookings and reserved activities for event attendees Greeted and informed guests about hotel amenities and local attractions .
