Supply Associate

We are looking for a Supply Operations Associate to join our Leverage Partner Network. What will you do:

Supplier and Property Management:

• Facilitate the listing of new suppliers and their properties.
• Ensure the accurate and timely updating of property portfolios, including room types, tenancies, availability, and pricing.
• Regularly audit and verify data entries to maintain accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with accommodation providers to ensure accurate and up-to-date property information.

Issue Resolution and Escalation Handling:

• Address and resolve supplyrelated issues and escalations promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Partnerships, Product, and Marketing) to resolve escalated matters efficiently.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through positive and timely resolution of all escalated cases.

Operational Support and Data Management:

• Manage and update supplyrelated data accurately in Excel sheets or other designated tools.
• Oversee the creation and application of vouchers.
• Regularly update product information, pricing, and availability in the catalogue.
• Facilitate the end-to-end process of student accommodation bookings.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency.

Manage daily inbox communications and address inquiries in a timely manner.

Market Research and Adhoc Tasks:

• Conduct research to analyze market trends, competitors, and providers.
• Support ad hoc projects and tasks as required.

What will you need:

• Graduate/MBA, preferably in the field of business, economics or management.
• 0-1 year of experience, preferably in the overseas education space.
• Ability to adhere to strict deadlines and short TATs Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and other data management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet strict deadlines, and ensure data accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills and a quick learning ability to understand business processes.
• A creative mindset and the ability to work independently
