Data Analyst Associate

Role Overview

As an Associate - Data Analyst, you will be responsible for data collection from various sources and maintaining our data systems, ensuring the accuracy and quality of information across departments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, such as University Relations and University Operations, to drive data-driven insights and streamline information collection processes.

Key Responsibilities

Data Collection & Maintenance:

• Add and update courses, schools, and intake deadlines in the database as per contracts and other end points
• Ensure data sanity through regular quality checks and validation processes.
• Maintain logs for course closures, email communication, and updates on scholarships and deadlines.

Optimization:

• Scrape and process data (e.g., MOI and ELT waivers, Scholarships, partner data) to enhance operational efficiency.
• Perform ETL Transformation to check the data and make it upload ready.

Collaboration & Coordination:

• Work with the University Relations team on tasks like contract validation and course additions.
• Coordinate with University Operations for smooth execution of school-related processes.
• Gather and present data to onboard new university partners effectively

Skills Required

• Should have a basic idea about Excel and Google sheets
• Basic understanding of ETL processes.
• Experience with web scraping tools (e.g., Octoparse) is a PLUS.
• Should have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  
• Background in data analytics or a similar role in education or consulting is preferred.
