Full job description:-

2 years TO 6 year of experience in data analysis or data warehousing.

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to extract, organize, and analyze data from various sources to provide actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data manipulation, analysis, and reporting, with a keen ability to identify patterns and trends that inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Extraction & Organization:

• Extract data from multiple sources, including databases, APIs, and other structured/unstructured formats.
• Clean, transform, and validate data to ensure accuracy and reliability.

2. Data Cramping (Processing):

• Perform data aggregation, normalization, and consolidation to prepare it for analysis.
• Identify inconsistencies, anomalies, and missing values, and apply corrective actions.

3. Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for stakeholders, presenting data in clear and meaningful formats.

4. Collaboration:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable solutions.
• Provide recommendations based on data insights to support decision-making.

5. Process Improvement:

• Continuously improve data collection and analysis processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency with python should have good problem-solving skills.
• Development with Python, Oops, Data wrangling using Python and Python Libraries like Pandas, Numpy etc
• Writing scalable code using Python programming language.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills. The candidate must be able to effectively communicate with management, reservoir characterization teams, engineering teams, clients, and other stakeholders.
