About the Role:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced TA Specialist with a focus on solar industry hiring to join our growing Human Resources team.
- This role will be based in Navi Mumbai & Juinagar and will be instrumental in attracting and securing top talent to support our expansion in the solar energy sector.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the solar industry, a proven track record in recruitment, and excellent relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Recruitment Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with the organization's goals and workforce planning needs, specifically within the solar domain.
- Analyze market trends, talent landscapes, and competitor activities within the solar industry to identify opportunities and challenges in sourcing top talent.
- Forecast future talent needs based on project pipelines and business growth projections.
Talent Acquisition Execution:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for various roles within the solar domain, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through networking, industry events, partnerships with solar-focused organizations, and proactive outreach.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including online platforms (e. , LinkedIn, specialized solar job boards), professional associations, and employee referrals.
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies for niche roles within the solar industry (e. , solar engineers, project managers, installers).
Collaboration with Stakeholders:
- Partner closely with senior leaders and department executives across various functions (e. , engineering, project management, sales, operations) to understand their specific talent needs and develop role-specific recruitment plans.
- Provide guidance and training to hiring managers on effective interviewing and selection techniques, ensuring a consistent and positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues on workforce planning, compensation benchmarking, and onboarding processes.
Employer Branding:
- Contribute to building and promoting a strong employer brand within the solar industry to attract top talent.
- Represent the company at industry events, career fairs, and university partnerships.
- Reporting & Analytics: Track key recruitment metrics (e. , time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, candidate source) and provide regular updates to HR leadership.
- Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and optimize recruitment strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a demonstrated focus on the solar industry.
- Strong understanding of the solar industry, including its various roles, technologies, and market dynamics.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
