Job Context:
We are seeking a strategic and innovative Head of HRMS to lead our Oracle Fusion Human Resource Management System initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and management of HRMS solutions - Oracle Fusion, that enhance organizational efficiency and improve employee experience. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of HR processes.
Accountabilities:-
Strategic Oversight:Develop and implement a strategic vision for the HRMS using Oracle Fusion that aligns with organizational goals and objectives. Collaborate with executive leadership to integrate HR technology with business strategy.
System Implementation and Management:Lead the implementation, configuration, and ongoing management of Oracle Fusion. Ensure system functionality meets HR needs and drives continuous improvement. Manager for the maintenance of all the machines (preventive, breakdown etc.) the engineering spares inventory & share.
Process Optimization:Analyze and improve HR processes across recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll, and employee relations. Leverage Oracle Fusion features to enhance workflows and user experience
User Training & Support:Oversee training programs for HR staff and end-users to ensure effective utilization of the Oracle Fusion platform. Act as the primary point of contact for system-related queries and issues
Compliance & Security:Ensure all HRMS practices adhere to legal and regulatory requirements. Implement best practices for data privacy and security within Oracle Fusion.
Vendor Management:Manage relationships with Oracle, Implementation Partner and other relevant vendors. Stay informed about updates, enhancements, and best practices in Oracle Fusion and HR technology.
Team Leadership:Build and lead a skilled HRMS team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
