Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle primary sales activities, including stock management, inventory control, and order processing.
  
• Develop strong distribution networks by identifying new opportunities and building relationships with distributors.
  
• Oversee channel distribution strategies to optimize product availability across multiple channels (General Trade).
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 7-8 years of experience in FMCG Sales or related field.
  
• Strong understanding of Channel Distribution, Distributor Handling, General Trade, Primary Sales principles.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective customer engagement.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets.
