Regional Collections Manager.

Key Role Deliverables

• Team Leadership and Team Development: Building a high-performing motivated team by working closely with the team members, coaching & mentoring, and leading them as an example.
• Customer Engagement: Ensuring that the team is engaging with the customers by providing necessary information about the date of payment and regularly taking feedback about the company. Working on increasing customer satisfaction and customer loyalty toward the company.
• Delinquency Management: Ensuring zero delinquencies for the branch by timely and effective collections. Facilitating teams in developing Communication/ Legal letters/ correspondence for the delinquent customers.
• Collection Management: Developing and implementing the plans and strategies at the branch level for achieving the company goals. Ensuring that the due amount is effectively collected from the customers by following a proper code of conduct during the collection process.
• Cost Management: Tracking and controlling delinquency and managing the cost of collections of those clients who are due from post 90 days.

Preferred Profile

• Minimum Education Qualification: Graduation from a reputed institution
• 10+ years of experience in Mortgages / Home loans / Business loans / NBFC / Hard Bucket collections / Agency management and a good understanding of sec 138 and the arbitration process.
• 5 - 6 years of experience in handling teams, in collections.
• Team player and motivate team members to achieve the goals
• Understanding the local market is mandatory
• Influential communication skills.
• Self-motivated, passionate about the domain, eager to learn new things, and takes the initiative & challenges.
