Job Summary

Varthana is looking for a "Collection Executive" who will be handling customer collections via voice process. The candidate will be ensuring high standards of service levels, process adherence, and customer satisfaction while interacting with customers and the team.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handling customer collections via voice process.
• Capturing correct and complete details of Customer interaction.
• Reaching out to non-engaged, irate, delinquent Customers on a regular/project basis.
• Demonstrating high standards of customer experience by focusing on customer empathy, understanding customer needs, and expectations, and making efforts to make them aware and engaged.
• Building a solid relationship with the customers and with internal departments for collecting accurate data.

Preferred Profile

• Minimum Education Qualification: Graduate.
• Freshers are also preferred.
• Knowledge of the basics of MS Excel is preferred.
• Candidate must be proficient in speaking Hindi, English + 2 south languages.
