Solution Architect - Salesforce (9-12 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect / Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions. The focus will be on Sales Force Automation (SFA) and Distributor Management System (DMS) within Consumer Goods Cloud.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Salesforce data models and integration capabilities, along with hands-on experience with the latest Salesforce features.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions with a focus on Sales Force Automation (SFA) and Distributor Management System (DMS).

- Develop and configure Salesforce functionalities for Consumer Goods Cloud.

- Conduct unit testing and functional testing for developed components/modules.

- Provide support and defect fixes during the testing phase.

- Maintain documentation and ensure smooth Salesforce implementation during the course of SDLC.

- Integrate Salesforce with other systems using standard integration tools.

- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices.

Required Skills :

- Salesforce Technologies : Force.com, Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- Cloud Expertise : Knowledge of Consumer Goods Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.

- Strong experience in Sales Force Automation (SFA) and Distributor Management System (DMS).

- Proficiency in Salesforce Integration (using REST/SOAP APIs).

- Strong understanding of Salesforce Data Models, Business Logic, and Apex development.

- Hands-on experience with Omnistudio, Velocity, and other Salesforce industry tools.

- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.

- Experience in designing and implementing custom objects, fields, picklists, page layouts, workflows, validation rules, and approval processes.

Additional Skills (Good to Have) :

- Salesforce Certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer I/II, System/Applications Architect, etc.).

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce DX, Visual Studio Code, and deployment tools like Jenkins or Gearset.

- Good problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.

Experience :

- 9 to 12 years of working experience with Salesforce.

- Hands-on experience in Salesforce implementation for at least 2-4 projects in a similar role.

- Minimum 5 years of working experience with Salesforce platform, focusing on SFA, DMS, and Consumer Goods Cloud.

Compensation :

- CTC : 40 LPA (Including Variables)

Interview Process :

- IQ Test + 3-4 Rounds of Interviews

Notice Period :

- Immediate to 2 months
