Azure IT Engineer

The Azure IT Engineer is responsible for troubleshooting a broad range of technical issues, including Windows Server applications, Engineering applications and application connectivity issues. Working under limited supervision, the IT Engineer designs develop, troubleshoots, and debug moderately complex systems.
The Azure IT engineer monitors all events that occur in the enterprise IT environment to allow normal operations and to detect and escalate exception conditions.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to brainstorm, design, develop, and implement innovative solutions.
• Assessing the stability, security, and scalability of installed Windows and Application systems.
• Planning and executing system and Application upgrades.
• Deploy and support/administer On-Premise Windows virtual and physical server products and services, including on premise and VMWare solutions.
• Run diagnostic programs for troubleshooting and monitoring purposes.
• Work across cross-functional teams (e.g., Database, Application Engineering, Business Teams) to address high-impact incidents urgently and accurately.
• Independently research, ask clarifying questions, gather data, and resolve issues using a data-driven approach.
• Prioritize and resolve tickets in the IT Service desk, ensuring timely updates and resolutions for local and remote users.
