Job Description
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to identify and understand the Cyber Security staffing needs and
- requirements.
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for Cyber Security positions.
- Source potential candidates through various channels, including databases, online job boards, social media platforms,
- professional networks, employee referrals and direct sourcing.
- Screen resumes and applications, and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment
- process.
- Manage the candidate s experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely guidance and support to candidates
- including answering inquiries, providing feedback.
- Collaborate with the People Operations team to negotiate job offers, facilitate the hiring process, including background checks
- and onboarding and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job-related information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and Databases.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and market insights related to Cyber Security to effectively identify
- and assess talent.
- Assist with employer branding initiatives and participate in relevant industry events and job fairs to promote the organization as
- an employer of choice.
- Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment activities to the management team.
