Senior Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Marketing Manager with a strong background in sales and marketing within the construction industry. The ideal candidate should have a key understanding of the private and public tendering process in developer firms, corporate offices, and government institutions, specifically for high-end interior fit-out solutions. This role requires a results-driven individual who can strategize, implement, and execute effective business development initiatives to expand Value Lines presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development & Market Expansion
  
• Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within real estate developers, corporates, and government bodies for interior fit-out projects.
• Build and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers, including procurement heads, project managers, and facility heads.
• You will have significant independence within a fixed budget to carry out all business development-related activities to support the Directors' and Founders' expansion efforts.
• Engage across teams to improve client engagement and brand positioning strategies

• Strategic Sales & Networking
  
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to position Value Line as a premium service provider in interior contracting.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking meetings to expand contacts and drive lead generation.
• Maintain a strong industry intelligence network to track upcoming interior projects, RFPs, and tenders.
• Navigate procurement processes for government tenders and corporate project approvals.

• Lead Generation & Sales Execution
  
• Work with the digital marketing team to implement strategic marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness.
• Develop strategies for competitor analysis to refine marketing and pricing strategies.
• Use KPIs to achieve budgetary, reporting, and client acquisition goals.
• Develop comprehensive sales pitches, proposals, and presentations customized for different client needs.
• Collaborate with the design and project teams to align technical offerings with client expectations.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Prior sales experience in construction, real estate, or ancillary manufacturing industries.
• Well-networked with a solid understanding of the techno-commercial aspects of industry.
