- Accountability: Effective budget management and streamlined process execution.
- Prepare annual operating budgets for sales and marketing activities/events, ensuring adherence to allocated budgets.
- Maintain and oversee Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the sales & marketing function.
- Monitor budget performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Optimize processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Marketing, Commercialization, and VR Brand Management:
- Accountability: Driving foot traffic, increasing brand visibility, and achieving marketing revenue targets.
- Conceptualize, activate, and execute the annual events and promotions calendar to maximize customer engagement and footfall.
- Develop and oversee the implementation of Above-the-Line (ATL), Below-the-Line (BTL), and Through-the-Line (TTL) marketing campaigns and brand strategies to achieve revenue targets and enhance brand visibility.
- Aggressively pursue center publicity through advertising, promotions, website management, visual merchandising, magazines, newsletters, and other relevant channels.
- Develop marketing strategies to counter competition and attract customers with unique value propositions.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategies.
