Sr. Marketing Manager - Digital (Corporate Marketing) & Marketing Manager - AIS Glasxperts (Additional role) Role Description Creating Marketing, Branding & Communication strategies for Digital mediums like Social Media, SEM/SEO, Affiliate Marketing, Content Marketing, Bloggers, Email marketing, Whatsapp Marketing, Events, Experiental marketing through mobile apps/VR apps/AR and MR apps.
Use of technology to build online tools, enhance customer experience.
- Also responsible for Execution of events,BTL Collaterals, PR for AIS GLasxperts as also ensure quality of large exhibition participation & top management PR interactions at overall AIS level Role purpose To primarily lead the Digital Marketing Function for AIS & Sub-brands and marketing function for GX Document created by Harsha Kashyap nee Kiran Lulla Responsibilities Heads KRA (Key Result Areas) KPI (Key Performance Indicators) Marketing Planning
- Prepare marketing & branding objectives - increase in brand awareness and lead generation
- Analyse market trends and recommend changes to marketing strategies based on consumer trends and activities of competitors.
- Come up with new out of the box ideas for marketing & branding campaigns, adjusting the marketing plan if necessary
- Prepare marketing plan including 360 degree marketing activities, sales promotions & creating a calendar of campaigns
- Develop marketing budgets in line with company guidelines Budget and Annual Plan preparation with Marketing and lead generation targets Lead Generation through digital
- Planning digital marketing campaigns, including organic website enquiries, SEO/SEM, display advertising for lead generation
- Identification of and planning campaigns on other digital channels like remarketing, intent marketing, programmatic, influencer mktg, community building
- Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
- Use various analytical tools like Google Analytics etc. to monitor performance of various digital activities and generate insights and improve marketing strategy
- Track and maintain economical cost per enquiry, cost per qualified lead as also cost per converted order and use the insights to monitor spends and effectively use budgets or readjust spends and/or digital strategy
- Total no. of Enquiries generated through digital mediums vis- vis annual target
- Cost per enquiry as per annual targets
- Improve performance of lead gen campaigns - CTR - Above Industry standard; Lead Rate - Aove Industry standard; Ad Position - Top 3
- All costs per qualified leads, cost per converted order to be tracked at all territories and bi-monthly reporting done of the same Marketing Communication
- Ensure execution of digital advertising campaigns, sales promotion activities from ideation to execution
- Create marketing & brand collaterals for GX.
- Execute various BTL activities like participation in Trade Exhibitions, organise various meets / events w.
Architects, dealers etc.
- Develop experiental marketing tools by use of latest technologies (VR/AR) to showcase offerings for better customer experience
- Ensure content creation & engagement on various digital platforms including Social Media as per the marketing strategy.
- Creating, curating, and managing all published content (images, video and written).
- Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
- Ensure brand sanctity in all our communication Various BTL activites carried out for GX
- Quality and timely distribution
- Creative quality of social media campaigns
- Promotion and branding and all digital assets creation and management in the Experience Center Management of internal & external stakeholders
- Collaborate with business sales and marketing teams to develop strategic and tactical campaigns and implement the same
- Build and ensure close relationship with various agencies and vendors
- Work closely with Procurement and Finance teams to close vendor negotiations, PO release and billing closure Costs of all collaterals, any BTL activity undertaken to be within the annual budgets Reporting & MIS
- Monitor & report the effectiveness of marketing campaigns against marketing plan and budget at various forums like MCM, review with MD etc.
- Benchmarking of results with the best in class
- Monitoring and reporting of competitor activities
- Utilise data for marketing campaigns, integrating the organisation's databases and external data Monthly reporting of all activities during 8AM management review meetings
- Monthly reporting of all digital lead campaigns
- Quarterly reviews reporting -dept meetings
REQUIREMENTS :
Knowledge:
- Knowledge of Marketing, Branding & Communication strategies.
- Digital Marketing concepts
- Latest Technology AR/VR, Mobile apps and updates in the field of Digital marketing
- BTL, ATL and Sales Promotion concepts and activities
- Knowledge of MS office
- Knowledge of GA 4, Gen AI, Website Server Hosting
- Salesforce Mktg Cloud knowledge added advantage Skills
- Very good written and verbal communication skills
- Presentation skills
Managerial: Negotiation
Decision making Experience (Number of years) :
- 8-12 years of relevant experience, atleast 2/3 years of proven experience in managing lead generation and conversions to generate revenue for a consumer product brand that has a significant share of revenue generation through digital marketing
