Engineer, Global Planning Review, Valves

Responsibilities:

• Global Projects orders reviews for on-time deliveries or meet customer-targeted dates, and for Domestic orders review from Order till Packed.
• Identify critical item problems in the supply chain area, create tickets or planning reviews, and make correct decisions to assign tasks to related people in the ERP/MRP/Planning System.
• Follow action status and provide a summary of projects to Project Managers.
• Daily record assigned data in the designated format.
• Monitor improvements to supply and manufacturing schedules to meet customer expectations.
• Define delivery lead time for project orders at the quotation stage for different warehouses, and update in system.
• Must be comfortable to discuss with other departments.
• Travel to the manufacturing hub and attend meetings with appropriate departments to present and discuss ongoing projects either in the execution phase or in the quotation stage.
• Should be open for a multifunctional role within the organization.
• Fulfill rules regulations of the global planning team.

Require Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

• B.E/B.Tech (Mechanical/Instrumentation) and Diploma in Supply chain management (Preferable)
• Sound hands-on experience on ERP system (M3 - will be a plus) /MRP and supply chain management.
• At least 4-5 years of experience in supply chain production or material planning in valve business or industrial product.
• Good Communication skills.
• Good Command of English in speaking, reading, and writing.
• Good command of MS Office, eg: Excel, Word, Outlook, Power BI etc.
• Result-oriented, quick learner, and responsive.
• Good team player and customer service spirit.
