Job Description
As MEIA VCA Head, your main responsibility is to formulate the strategy to drive growth and building new profitable sustainable Valve Control Actuators (VCA)business units.
Drive orders, profitable growth and improve market participation for VCA business
Manage VCA MEIA Region PL and financial goals (Orders, Sales, PM CM)
Work with Sub-region head and sales team to develop the VCA Sales.
To build and maintain an active network of strong working relationships in Valmet and customers. Identifies and meets potential customers to ascertain equipment, supplies, and service needs.
Plans and implements sales and service programs to promote VCA range to improve competitive position in the area and provide fast and efficient customer service
To demonstrate a high level of HSE mindset and knowledge about HSE procedures and practices, applying this knowledge as a part of daily work routine
Requirements

Requirements:
Education: Bachelor s degree in Engineering (electrical / electronic / controlinstrumentation , preferred), and 15 years sales experience of various equipment in Valves, automation Industry.
Strong understanding of Flow Control industry and existing experience of Actuators, Smart Products Controls will be preferred.
Market and customer experience exposure to Oil Gas, Refining Petrochemical, Valve OEM and EPC contractors will be added advantage.
Be an effective team builder and problem solver, exhibiting a collaborative management style and the ability to bring out the best in people through example.
