Assistant Manager : EPC - Project Sales

Primary Responsibility of this Position

Responsible for the development and performance of all EPC sales activities in assigned territory (Delhi ). Work as per organization goal & leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values. Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base for EPC sales contracts in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Achieving an Order Intake Target of INR 50 Cr in the first year of joining in Delhi for Delhi based EPC Business
• Target for the second year will be decided based on the performance of the first year
• Develop a business plan and strategy for the EPC market
• Prepares action plans for effective search of project sales leads and prospects.
• Initiate and coordinate the development of action plans to penetrate new accounts & markets to improve the project sales business.
• Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
• Provide timely, accurate information for all ongoing offers and prospects for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
• Maintain accurate records of all pricing, compliance & activity reports.
• (MIS Reports/Weekly/Monthly Reporting)
• Market feedback to team members in preparation of -sales proposals and presentations.
• Control expenses to meet budget guidelines.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
• Maintain contact will all the clients in the assigned territory.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• 8-10 years of experience in project sales and customer management in the assigned territory.
• Proven leadership and ability to drive EPC sales.
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
• Willingness to travel and work in a team of professionals.
