Join us as the Digital Business Engagement Lead - Enterprise Planning and be a key driver in executing strategic digital initiatives within our supply chain planning team. Your role will be to execute business-provided strategies, using your expertise to implement scalable digital solutions that meet the needs of our partners, customers and consumers. You will play a crucial role in translating overarching business strategies into actionable plans, ensuring seamless execution and delivering exceptional value to our supply chain planning transformation in the SEA, India Markets.

Strategic Partnership: As a key representative of Digital Technology, youll collaborate closely with Supply Chain Planning leaders and regionally. Together, well identify business challenges and craft innovative digital solutions, driving implementation with global template to create tangible business value.
Visionary Strategy Development: Drawing insights from industry trends and collaboration with regional teams, youll shape our strategic direction in Digital Supply Chain 4.0. Your expertise will be instrumental in identifying emerging opportunities and translating them into actionable plans that propel us towards leadership in the digital landscape.
Harnessing Functional Expertise: Leveraging your deep functional knowledge, youll partner with regional business leaders to optimize performance and drive new value creation through our Mars Digital Engine. Using methodologies like Design Thinking and Agile, alongside advanced technologies and data analytics, youll pioneer innovative solutions that redefine industry standards.
Innovative Idea Generation: With a focus on innovation, youll collaborate with business unit counterparts to conceptualize and define new initiatives. By applying a Design Thinking mindset, youll articulate clear outcomes, approaches, and business cases, ensuring that each idea is poised for success from the outset.
Architectural Excellence: Working hand-in-hand with Digital Security and Enterprise Architecture teams, youll ensure the integrity and efficiency of our digital solutions. By identifying existing solutions, ensuring compliance, and promoting reuse, youll streamline processes and minimize redundancy, maximizing our digital footprints impact.
End-to-End Delivery Leadership: Youll oversee the entire product development lifecycle. From conception to transition to global support, youll employ best practices in vendor and project management, collaborating closely with business and DT stakeholders to ensure seamless deployment and scalability of innovations, improving a products effectiveness.
Exemplary Support Management: Serving as the linchpin of support service management, youll uphold the highest standards in DT support. Acting as a central escalation point for business unit stakeholders, youll ensure prompt resolution of issues and continuous improvement in service delivery, keeping our operations running at peak efficiency.
Portfolio Leadership and Oversight: Youll play an integral role in digital governance and portfolio management meetings, ensuring alignment of strategic objectives with global enterprise planning portfolio team. By overseeing the functional portfolio from a Asia regional perspective, youll guide our digital initiatives towards maximum impact and value creation.
