Job Role: Technical Business Analyst - RPA

Location : Bangalore / Mumbai / Mohali / Vizag / Nashik

Shift : Day shift

Job Description Overview:

Key Responsibilities

Process Analysis :

Conduct comprehensive walkthroughs of business processes to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities.
Perform gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and RPA integration.

Requirements Gathering & Documentation :

Work closely with global stakeholders to analyse, and document detailed business and technical requirements.
Create Process Design Documents (PDDs) and Solution Design Documents (SDDs) for automation projects.

Solution Design & Mapping :

Collaborate with the RPA development team to design scalable and efficient automation solutions.
Map business processes to RPA workflows and recommend optimizations.

Stakeholder Collaboration :

Act as a liaison between business users and the RPA development team, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
Conduct workshops and discussions to ensure stakeholder buy-in and solution acceptance.

Quality Assurance & Testing :

Define test scenarios and assist in functional, user acceptance, and regression testing of RPA solutions.
Ensure the final solutions meet business needs and align with design specifications.

Deployment & Training :

Support the deployment of RPA solutions and ensure smooth transition to production.
Provide training and post-deployment support to end-users on the new processes.

Continuous Improvement :

Evaluate the performance of deployed RPA solutions and recommend enhancements.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in RPA and process automation.

Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies

Technical Expertise :

Strong understanding of RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate.
Knowledge of API integrations and workflow automation is an advantage

Business Acumen :

Ability to align automation solutions with organizational objectives.
Skilled in creating process flow diagrams, wireframes, and documentation.

Communication Skills :

Proficiency in business English - written and spoken.
Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills.

Problem-Solving :

Analytical mindset with the ability to dissect complex problems and propose effective solutions.

Tools & Technologies :

Proficient in Excel, Visio, and other Microsoft Office tools.
Exposure to project management tools like Jira, Trello, Zoho.

Qualifications

Education :

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience :

3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on RPA and process automation.
Demonstrated ability to work on end-to-end RPA project lifecycles.

Certifications :

RPA certifications (UiPath Advanced RPA Developer, Automation Anywhere, etc.) are a plus.
Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or similar certification is desirable.

Additional Requirements

Availability to work across multiple time zones when required.
Interest in emerging technologies such as AI, Machine Learning, Blockchain, or IoT is an advantage.
