As a Technical Business Analyst, your role is to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions by translating business requirements into technical specifications. Requirements

Responsibilities-

1.Requirements Elicitation: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and prioritise business requirements.

2.Requirement Analysis: Evaluate business requirements and assess their feasibility, impact, and alignment with technical capabilities.

3.Technical Specification: Translate business requirements into clear and detailed technical specifications, including use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

4.Solution Design Support: Work closely with technical teams to provide guidance and support during the solution design phase, ensuring that technical solutions meet business needs.

5.Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks, dependencies, and constraints associated with technical solutions and propose mitigation strategies.

6.Documentation: Create and maintain documentation of business requirements, technical specifications, and solution designs.

7.Stakeholder Communication: Communicate technical concepts and solutions effectively to business stakeholders and vice versa, facilitating understanding and alignment.

-Business Analysis: Strong proficiency in business analysis techniques, methodologies, and tools. Jira/Confluence essential along with significant experience in writing high quality user stories.

-Technical Aptitude: Understanding of software development lifecycle, technical architectures, and technologies.

-Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.

-Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess complex business problems and propose viable technical solutions.

-Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, testers, and project managers.
