To work within the SITS Operations team and to support, assure and manage technical aspects of the Student Information System (SITS) including upgrades, monthly software updates and ongoing configuration to ensure system stability & resilience in line with the business needs. In addition, the SITS Operations team are responsible for the monitoring and support of interfaces to SITS enabling secure data sharing across services. To collaborate with the SITS Development and Student Information Systems and other IDG teams to deliver, support & enhance the SITS platforms for student engagement, student administration, student data management & data reporting across the student lifecycle.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Delivery of SITS Operations as part of an established team
Support and assure the SITS:Vision and SITS:eVision platforms to meet the needs of the University.
Ensure performance against agreed Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements for SITS Operations and related products.
Support the SITS upgrade process delivering technical aspects of the SITS upgrade.
Support the SITS software update process and manage & direct all technical aspects of the SITS software updates.
Support the ongoing configuration of SITS to ensure system stability & resilience while meeting the needs of the University.
Support, monitor and assure the SITS Batch processes managing the development and enhancement of batch processes and resolution of any related incidents.
Support, monitor and assure the SITS automations managing the development and enhancement of automation processes and resolution of any related incidents
